To open the screen FINANCIAL YEAR, click Maintain èè Financial Accounting èè "Financial Year" from the menu bar.
To Create any transaction for any company. In this screen we have to define fiscal period for the company(s). User can define his own defined periods with month name. By default, calendar months are populated.
In the grid, the first periods starting date is starting date of the financial year and this is not editable. For subsequent periods, starting dates are next date of previous periods ending date. By default, ending date of the last period is the ending date of the financial year.
. This screen is to enter and view to Create Financial Period Details. Select year code, No of Periods, Opening and Closing DATE.
