To open the screen ITEM PRICE LIST, click Transactions èè Inventory Control èè "Item Price List" from the menu bar.

Logic of Screen :  By default the Screen is on Edit mode.

To Add ITEM PRICELIST Detail

Click on the Icon or Press Ctrl+ N to enter in New mode. The Labels marked in Red are mandatory. Fill in the necessary Information and click on save icon or Ctrl + S to save the information.

To Modify ITEM PRICELIST Detail

Click on the Icon or Press Ctrl+ O to enter in Edit mode. The Labels marked in Red are mandatory. Modify the necessary Information and click on save icon or Ctrl + S to save the information.

To Delete ITEM PRICELIST Detail

Click on the Icon or Press Ctrl+ D to Delete the Information.

Note:

1 System will delete the data only if there are no transactions associated with these data.

2. Link is provided on the entire Dropdown List box with which you can Add or Modify the existing records

 

The retail price of the items can be changed at any time through the Price Change Note (PCN).

 

The various fields in the screen are as follows :

 

Valid From

The date from which the new price will be effective.

Price List No.

Auto-generated unique key which identifies the PLN. The first 2 characters stand for the year. This is followed by an 8 character

auto-generated serial number.

Valid To

Enter the date upto validation of the item price list

Date

Date of the PLN

All Items

If it is marked all items will be displayed.

Status

To display the status. The 3 statuses are

Pending
Approve

Cancelled

Item from

Enter the item details from the search window attached to it

Item to

Enter the item details from the search window attached to it

Description

To enter the description of item price list

Remarks

To enter the remarks if any.

 

       

Fields in the grid

Sr No

Displays the reference number of the item selected from the search window

Barcode

Unique number generated for the item selected from the search window

Item ID

To select/enter item id from the search window attached to it.

Title

To display the name of the item selected from the search window

Currency ID

Currency used

Unit of measurement

Min Qty

Min quantity of item

Item Price

To enter/display the rate of item added in the grid

Min. Disc %

To enter minimum discount percent to be allowed on particular item

Max Disc%

To enter maximum discount percent to be allowed on particular item.

Cust.pur.price

Customer purchase price

Common window for Selling Price, Transfer Price and Partners Price.

 

Functionality:

 

Ø        The Tab key can be used to navigate from the current column to the next in order.

ØThe Add button can be used to add details under grid.
ØThe Delete button can be used for deleting details under grid.

               The Save button can be used for Saving the entire Pricelist.

               The Customer Link button can be used for assigning customer to the Pricelist

               While in the pending status, to cancel the Pricelist, click the button Cancel. No changes can be made to the                 Pricelist once it is cancelled.

               While in the pending status, to approve it click Approve button.

ØAn approved Issue Note cannot be cancelled.
Ø. The Underline hyperlinked labels are used to Add/Modify/Delete respective masters.
ØThe Exit button can be used to exit from current screen /form.
ØScreen has two modes
vEdit Mode-:In this mode user can type key value to retrieve the record.
vNew Mode-:In this mode user can make new entry.

 

List View for Item Pricelist

To open the screen LISTVIEW OF PRICELIDT, click the List View èè Inventory èè Item Pricelist from the menu bar.

List View will enable you to view all the data of Item Pricelist with which you can Search, Filter and export the data in XML, EXCEL, WORD, PDF, HTML, ETC. You can also Edit details of Item Pricelist by ‘Double Clicking’ on desired data.
